Andy Brickley Biography
Andy Brickley is a former American professional hockey player who has spent 14 seasons playing in the American Hockey League, the National Hockey League, and the International Hockey League. Currently, Andy is the New England Sports Network color commentator for the Boston Bruins.
Andy had his first experience as a broadcaster when he worked with the Grizzlies, participating in broadcasts while he was injured. Later, he joined NESN, initially serving primarily road games with broadcaster Dave Shea. In the 2005-2006 season, he did the road games with Jack Edwards and the home games with Dale Arnold.
Brickley attended the University of New Hampshire where he played for the Wildcats from 1979 to 1982. Andy scored 68 goals and 69 assists for a total of 137 points in the 93 games for the Wildcats. In 1982, Andy led the Wildcats to the NCAA Final Four and was named first-team NCAA All-American the same year.
