Annie Mumolo Biography
Annie Mumolo is a renowned American actress, screenwriter, comedian, and producer, known for co-writing the 2011 film Bridesmaids, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award and BAFTA for Best Original Screenplay.
Mumolo was born in Irvine, California, and attended Mater Dei High School until his graduation in 1991. She then joined the University of California, Berkeley, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 1995. At the institution, Annie was also a member of Chi Omega.
Annie is a member of The Groundlings, an improv comedy team. She appears in television shows such as The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman, Out of Practice, and Two and a Half Men, as well as the 2005 feature film Bewitched.
She began her career as a voice actress in 2004 on the television show Maya & Miguel. Annie recently voiced the characters Hero Heights, Sparkles and Gloom, and Thom Cat on Random! Cartoons. In 2009, she was cast in two ABC pilots: Bad Mother’s Handbook and This Might Hurt. On Nicktoons Network, she voices Jimmy and Natalie in the animated short Ape Escape.

Mumolo and Wiig collaborated again on Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, which they co-wrote and co-starred in.
