Biography
Bryan Baeumler is a Canadian TV personality, former handyman, and businessman known for hosting various shows on Canada’s HGTV. His most popular show on the station is The Island of Bryan which premiered back in 2019. Before HGTV, Baeumler ran an air cargo business from early 1995 to 2003. He even spent time working at his own construction company called Baeumler Quality Constructions and Renovation.
Baeumler was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. He grew up learning air cargo trade from his father since the age of ten. Therefore, boosting his interest in business and entrepreneurship from a very young age. Therefore, Bryan opened his first business at the age of 14. His main duty was to finish handyman odd jobs for his neighbors to keep his business running smoothly while still balancing his studies.
Bryan then graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Western Ontario back in 1996. After college, he decided to continue with his handyman and air cargo trade business until 2003. From there, Bryan founded Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations as the company president.
The progress of his construction company was gradual but eventually landed him his first show called Disaster DIY on HGTV. Disaster DIY did very well and bagged Byan the opportunity to host another show called House of Bryan with his Nuclear family.
Bryan’s current and latest show on HGTV Canada is The Island of Bryan which has been airing since 2019. Additionally, Brian is set to host an upcoming HGTV 2023 renovation show called Renovation Resort.

They then dated for a while before finally tying the knot through a private and simple wedding ceremony held in Ontario. Bryan and his wife now share four children. His family was also featured on HGTV’s House of Bryan as regular cast members. Baumler currently lives in his luxurious mansion located in Ontario, Canada.

Baeumler has not suffered any kind of plane crash. Bryan recently revealed live on his show that he had acquired his flying license. He even offered to fly his employees for some breakfast downtown, The entire flight was piloted by Bryan and it was aired on HGTV.
