Catherine Patterson is an American GABBY Award-winning journalist working currently as a news reporter for WBRC fox 6 News (February 2018). She started her career at WALB News 10, in Albany, Georgia.
Catherine is the Bureau Chief for the station’s Thomasville Bureau, an hour south of Albany. She received her summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism. Patterson is also an Ambassador of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism. She also worked as a multimedia journalist for Grady’s Newsource, a local news broadcast for NorthEast Georgia.
