Donna Terrell Biography
Donna Terrell is an American journalist currently working as an anchor at FOX 16 News, KLRT, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, as a weekday evening anchor at 5.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Terrell joined the station’s team in February of 2004. She became internationally known for her duty as a relationship expert on the shows Seven Yera Switch and Married at First Sight.
Donna began her professional career at a TV station in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she began as a promotions coordinator. Later on, she was promoted to the newsroom, where she taught herself the ropes of reporting.
After five years, Terrell left Battle Creek and moved to South Bend, Indiana, where she got more experience as an anchor. She served for five years before moving to Cleveland.
Moreover, in July 1994, Terrell moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and worked for WKYC-TV as a reporter and morning anchor. She left the station in August 2001.
In January 2002, Donna returned to Michigan and joined WWJ-TV CBS ONO in Detroit as an evening anchor until June 2003. In 2004, she joined Fox 16 News as an evening anchor.

Donna attended and graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts. Furthermore, Terrell is fully committed to community service. She created Donna Terrell’s Yoga Warriors Fighting Colon Cancer, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises money for yoga classes for cancer survivors, patients, and caregivers. The organization also provides funds for liquid nutritional supplements for survivors of colon and other cancers.
Yoga Warriors is in memory of her daughter Queah, who suddenly died from colon cancer at a very young age, but during her battle found health benefits from yoga. In addition, Donna is a current board member for Women and Children First, a domestic violence facility. She is also a former member of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House. She also served as an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society.
