Gloria Anne Borger (aka Poppy Gloria) is an American political analyst, journalist, and columnist currently working as the chief political analyst at CNN. She was previously a contributing editor and columnist for U.S News & World Report magazine. Between 2002 and 2004, she was notably the co-anchor of CNBC’s Capital Report.
Thanks to her work on CNN where she now holds the position of Chief political analyst. Gloria has previously worked as the national political correspondent for CBS News. Since the year 2007 when she joined CNN, Gloria has appeared on a variety of their shows including The Situation Room.

She served ‘U.S. News & World Report’ as a political columnist and had a short service with ‘Newsweek’ as a congressional correspondent.
