Jaimie Lauren Alexander is an American actress famous for featuring on the TV series Kyle XY as Jessi. Moreover, her fame peaked higher when she played Sif in the 2011 superhero film, Thor. She has been featuring in the NBC series, Blindspot since 2015.
Jaimie was born in Greenville, South Carolina but later relocated to Grapevine, Texas at the age of 4. She started acting in junior school where she just did it for fun. However, she further states that at some point, she was kicked out of the theatre when she was in high school. The reason behind it was simply because she couldn’t sing. Alexander then moved to Sports.
After her graduation from Colleyville Heritage High School, she relocated to Los Angeles to professionally pursue acting. Her career debuted in 2003 when she played Hanna Thompson in the award-winning film, The Other Side. Jaimie was further featured in the series, Watch Over Me, playing Caitlin Porter. In 2006, she was given yet another major role in Rest Stop, featuring Nicole Carrow. In 2007, she had another chance to act in a major film, Hallowed Ground, playing Elizabeth Chambers.
However, her most famous role of all is when she played Jessi in the live-action superhero film, Thor.
