Biography
Jim Howick is an English actor and writer famous for his appearances in television series such as Peep Show, Horrible Histories (2015), Stag (2016), Ghost (2019-present), and Here We Go (2022). He won a Children’s BAFTA for his performance in the second series of the CBBC television series Horrible Histories in 2010.
He co-created and wrote Yonderland, an eight-part family fantasy comedy series that premiered on SkyOne on November 2013. In addition, he co-starred with the same group in Bill, a BBC-produced comedy film based loosely around the early life of William Shakespeare. Other prominent television roles include Peep Show among others.
In 2017, he played Aaron Mayford in Broadchurch and in 2019 he was cast as Mr. Hendricks in Sex Education. Most recently, he was cast in the 2022 BBC comedy series “Have We Go”. In the series, he portrays the character Paul Jessop.
