Lauren Hall is an American reporter for Daybreak and Most Buffalo at WGRZ-TV in Buffalo, New York. She joined the 2 On Your Side team in April 2019 from Pengula Sports and Entertainment, where she served as a multi-media journalist for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and NHL’s Buffalo Sabres.
In this role, Hall hosted and produced video features for the teams’ web, broadcast, and digital platforms which earned her two New York State Emmy nominations. She also spent five seasons as the In-Game Host for Buffalo Sabres home games at KeyBank Center.
Lauren is a summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science. A Williamsville native, she is an active member of the Western New York community, lending her support to many local organizations and nonprofits.
At college, Lauren worked as a Public Relations Intern at CNN, Public Relations Intern at Travers Collins & Company, and News Intern at NewsChannel 9 WSYR-TV.
After graduation, she landed her first job as a News producer at WIVB-TV. Later on, she became the host of the station’s lifestyle and entertainment show, Winging It! Buffalo Style. Subsequently, Hall joined the station’s morning news team as the traffic anchor and feature reporter.
