She holds both the American Meteorological Society’s Certified Broadcast Seal of Approval and the National Weather Association’s Seal of Approval. In 1994, Lori started working as a weekend weather forecaster as well as a health reporter at WBFF-TV based in Baltimore. Later in 1997, she was promoted to be the Chief Meteorologist as well as a science reporter.
