Marcia Kramer is an American broadcast journalist who rose to fame for working as the chief political correspondent for WCBS News based in New York City. She has won various awards for the extensive reports and coverage she has done on the station. Marcia has owned two Edward R. Murrow Awards, eight Emmy awards and two New York Press Club Golden Typerwiter awards for her work as an editor. Before CBS 2, Kramer spent time working as a news correspondent and writer for Daily News as a City Hall bureau chief. She even worked as an Editor and writer at New York Post back in 1992.
Kramer was born and brought up in the suburbs of Greenfield, Massachusetts USA. She grew up as a very active kid who enjoyed reporting live from her makeshift microphone at home. Marcia finished her high school education in her hometown and graduated with a good GPA. Eventually, Marcia received her Bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications from a New York-based University.
