Michael Vick Biography
Michael Vick is a renowned former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League for 13 seasons. Vick played college football at Virginia Tech, where he received first-team ALL-American honors and was selected first overall by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2001 NFL Draft.
In 2017, the four-time NFL Pro Bowler joined Fox Sports as an analyst for Fox NFL Kickoff, the network’s one-hour NFL pregame show that airs on Sundays throughout the regular season. Vick also contributes to all studio programming for FS1’s NFL coverage.

Vick retired in 2017 as the league’s all-time quarterback rushing leader with more than 6,100 yards on the ground, 22,000 yards in the air, and a lifetime passer rating of 80.5 with 169 career touchdowns after his 13th season and games with the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers.
He also led the Virginia Tech Hokies to an unbeaten season and the Bowl Championship Series national championship game as a redshirt freshman. He set a freshman record (180.4) and has the third-highest all-time mark in passing efficiency in 1999. Vick also received the first-ever Archie Griffin Award as college football’s most valuable player, as well as an ESPY Award for best college player in the country.
