Mike Dubberly is an American anchor and journalist for WBRC Fox 6. Previously, he worked as a sports anchor. He has won many awards including, the UPI award in 1986 for Best Sports Radio Feature, an Associated Press Award in 1987 for best Sports Coverage, Associated Press Award in 2000 for Best Sports Feature Reporting, and many more.
He worked and anchored sports for KAE-TV in Minnesota and had also worked for WCFT-TV in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Dubberly covered everything from the World Series to Super Bowl during his sports career and has also been involved in many NCAA tournament games in Alabama-Auburn football games.
He enjoys playing golf, lifting weights, and video games. Mike is to join Janise Rogers and Sarah Verser together with the weatherman Mickey Ferguson on Good Day Alabama. Dubberly attended Sandalwood High School where he enjoyed playing with his couch, Bob Withrow. Later, Mike joined college and earned himself a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.
