He also appears as a sideline reporter for CBS Sports. Prior to his work on WCBS News, Otis spent several years working as a news anchor and reporter for WNBC. He is as also a former NBA Finals and World Series reporter.
Livingston is a New York native who grew up in a middle-class African-American household. He attended the San Pedro High School based in New York City. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Idaho. Otis even served as a member of the New Jersey Music Workshop for the Arts while he was still in college.
Livingston began his career as a sports anchor by appearing as a sideline reporter for the New York Giants and the New York Jets.
