Wayne Alphonso Brady is an Emmy Award-winning American television personality, comedian, actor, and singer. He is known for his work in the improvisational comedy show ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway? Also, in films like ‘Going to the Mat’ and ‘Stuart Little 3: Call of the Wild’. Brady was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2009 for Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance, for his cover of the Sam Cooke song “A Change Is Gonna Come”.

Brady was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, United States. He completed his high school education in 1989 at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando. Later on, he moved to Los Angeles, where he continued developing his acting skills. After that, he was involved in the central Florida theater community, performing in numerous stage productions such as “A Chorus Line”, “Fences”, “A Raisin in the Sun”, and “Jesus Christ Superstar”. He also guest-starred roles in television series like NBC’s I’ll Fly Away, The Home Court, and In the Heat of the Night for CBS.

 Moreover, Wayne was one of the improvisational theater performers in the original version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? along with Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie.
