Sofia Carson is a renowned American actress and singer who became famous after featuring as Evie, the daughter of the Evil Queen, in the 2015 Disney Channel Original film Descendants.
Born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Carson attended St. Hugh School later graduating from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami. Later on, Sofia attended Motion Dance Studio where she became part of the IMPAC Youth Ensemble program, competing all over the United States. In addition, she joined UCLA where she majored with a minor in French.
However, her first television appearance was when she guest-starred on the Disney Channel series Austin & Ally. In 2016, Sofia featured as Lola Perez in Adventures in Babysitting, Melanie Sanchez in Tini: The Movie, and Tessa in A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits.
In March 2019, Carson began featuring in the Freeform drama series Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. Recently, Sofia featured in the 2020 Netflix film; Feel the Beat.
