Brian Kleinschmidt is an American reality television star who, along with his wife, Mika McGee, hosts “100 Day Dream Home” on HGTV. He also featured with his ex-wife, Erica Dunlap, on season 15 of The Amazing Race.
Kleinschmidt is also the owner of the Anytime Fitness gym and a past Shark Tank contestant. In 2011, he launched a gym at 10875 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview. In addition, he launched his next two gyms, 501 W.S.R.0 in Brandon and 11252 Boyette Road in Riverview, a week apart in 2013. He also had a property in Boca Raton, which he sold after 18 months because it was too far away for him to handle.
Brian sold the Bloomingdale facility in 2016 and currently owns two gyms. Out of 3500, Anytime Fitness franchisees across the country, the Boyette Road branch is ranked 18th. Brian and his wife, Mika, also host the HGTV reality show 100 Day Dream Home. The show debuted in February 2020 and follows them as they construct a new home from the ground up for clients in less than 100 days. Kleinschmidt has always had a penchant for construction. He might volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit that works with families to build and improve homes, during his undergraduate years.
