Abigail Bimman is a Canadian journalist currently working as the reporter of Global News and Ottawa-based correspondent of Global National in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Prior to this, she worked as the videographer and anchor of CTV News in Kitchener, Ontario from February 2011 to November 2017.
Abigail went to Carleton University graduating with a Bachelor of Journalism. Bimman was a Charlatan Reporter and a member of the Carleton Improv Association. She was also a member of the Sock ‘n’ Buskin (Theatre). In addition, she is a committee member at the Centre for Holocaust Education and Scholarship.
Bimman was a Community Ambassador at CTV Kitchener for 6 years and 11 months. She was also a volunteer at Sarah and Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre in the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto and a Studio Volunteer at CNIB for 1 year and 10 months from January 2010.
