Alessandra Corine Maria Ambrosio is a Brazilian beauty model and television personality. She was born in the Brazilian town of Erichim, the Rio Grande do Sul on April 11, 1981, to petrol station-owning parents of Italian, Polish, and Portuguese ancestry.
Corine is well known for her work with Victoria’s Secret where she was ranked as one of the top models internationally. She was also chosen as the first spokesmodel for the company’s PINK line. Alessandra was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2004 to 2017 and has modeled for brands such as Next, Armani Exchange, Christian Dior, and Ralph Lauren.
In 2012, she was listed as number 6 on the Forbes top-earning models list, with an estimated annual income of $6,600,000. Ambrosio was born in Erechim, Brazil, to Lucilda and Luiz Ambrosio. Ambrosio began modeling classes at the age of 12 years and began modeling for Dilson Stein at age 15. Contesting in Brazil’s Elite Model Look competition started her modeling career in earnest.
Her first notable modeling career was shooting the cover of Brazilian Elle magazine. She passed along some of her Polaroids to Guess which led to her booking the Millennium GUESS? campaign.
