Alexandra Stone is an American journalist who currently anchors at KETV (ABC affiliate) based in Omaha, Nebraska, the United States of America. Stone broadcasts the station’s 5 pm news since joining KETV in July 2014. Prior to joining the station, Alexandra worked in Amarillo, Texas where she covered city politics, the historic drought, as well as large-area wildfires.

Alexandra was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. While in College, Alexandra worked at KOMU in Columbia, Missouri as a one-man-band reporter and fill-in anchor. In 2011, Stone went to Associated Press Television News in Brussels Area, Belgium for a 5 months internship from January 2011 to May 2011.
