Audra Martin is an American journalist who is currently working as a sideline reporter and regional sports host at FOX Sports North since joining the station in October 2015. She attended Arvada West High School. Later on, she pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Central Florida.
After her first year at the university, she was lucky enough to be allowed to access the restricted programs since her GPA was good. It was then that Audra saw Radio Television that she decided to switch her major. In addition, Martin has crowned the Miss University of Central Florida in 2008.
She later joined WAAY-TV where she worked as a sideline reporter. She mostly covered the games of the Hockey team Atlanta Thrashers. Most notably, her work at WAAY-TV was the foundation of her career in sideline reporting.
The next step in her career was a job at WRKN-TV which forced her to move from Alabama to Nashville. While at WRKN-TV, she continued with the same position she has at the previous station (WAAY-TV), but this time she had the added responsibilities of serving as a sports anchor and reporter and worked with the Tennessee Titans. Her biggest achievement is snagging a position at Fox Sports, where she currently working as a regional sports host since October 2015.
