Beverly White Biography

Beverly White is an American journalist currently working as a general assignment reporter for NBC4 News. She airs them weekly on NBC 5 and 6 pm Newscasts. In addition, she is a cultivated writer with more than 40 years of experience and has secured a wide reputation for breaking local and national stories for NBC.

Some of her biggest stories include; incorporating the dangerous catastrophe in Montecito, the Northridge seismic tremor, the theater killings in Aurora, the salon mass homicides in Seal Beach, floods, rapid fires spreading, and mudslides in Southern California, and the demise of music symbol Prince in Minneapolis, MN, among others.

Prior to working at NBC4, she was employed at WTVJ, an NBC affiliate based in Miami. Prior to all this, she served as a morning weekday reporter at WKRC-TV in Cincinnati.

In addition, she was the past leader of the nearby offshoot part, the Black Journalists Association of Southern California.

She is a beneficiary of the 2018 National Association of Black Journalists and holds the Chuck Stone Lifetime Achievement Award. Beverly was also perceived by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors due to her recognized vocation. Furthermore, she is a beneficiary of the 2017 Leadership Award given out by Kappa Tau Alpha.
