CB Cotton is an American Multimedia Journalist currently working as a reporter for Denver7- The Denver Channel (KMGH-TV) focusing more on policing and criminal justice. She joined the channel in December 2020. Previously, she worked at WKRN News 2, Nashville, Tennessee from June 2018 to October 2020. She is also known for writing, editing, and shooting her own stories.
Cotton went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Dramatic Art. She was also in the UBC Black Ink Society, Magazine J-School Ambassadors, Carolina Week, and Minority Student Recruitment.
