Christina Chang is a Taiwanese-American actress well known for her various roles in 24, CSI: Miami, and Nashville. Presently, she plays Dr Audrey Lim, Chief of Surgery, on the American medical drama TV series The Good Doctor.
The Taiwanese actress attended Taipei American School, a private international school in Tianmu, Shilin District, Taipei, Taiwan. Chang is fluent in speaking Mandarin (Chinese). Later on, she moved to the United States to study theatre and film at the University of Kansas. Afterwards, she went to the University of Washington in Seattle graduating with a Master of Fine Arts.
Christina’s first acting role was in Naomi’s Road at the Children’s theatre in Seattle. Later, she appeared in an off-broadway play Trojan Women by Tian Landau. After moving to New York City, she starred in films like Cosby as well as As the World Turns. Nevertheless, she has featured in films like 28 Days (2000), Random Hearts(1999) and a regular role on the ABC series Dragnet (2003-2004).
