Dan Daru is an American journalist currently working as a reporter at FOX 31 News Denver and Colorado’s Own Channel 2. Daru’s first job was in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as a news photographer. Later, he joined the KBAK station based in Bakersfield, California, and served as a Chief Photographer.
Moreover, Dan was a general assignment reporter at KWGN, Channel 2, and left the station, later on, to join KDVR, Fox 31, Denver as a general assignment reporter.
Daru attended and graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the same university. Moreover, before joining Metropolitan University, he attended Red Rocks Community College and earned an Applied Science degree in Criminology. Dan also attained his high school education level from John F. Kennedy High School.
