Deanna Falzone is an American journalist currently working at FOX 17 News as a morning news anchor. She joined the station’s team in March 2013 as a general assignment reporter and made the switch to morning news in September 2014.
Previously, before joining Fox 17 News, she served as a reporter at WLNS-TV, Lansing, Michigan, from August 2011 to 2013. She succeeded morning anchor Sarah Broadhead, who revealed that she would be leaving the FOX affiliate in West Michigan after even more years as a morning anchor. Brodhead was joining Spectrum Health in their human resources department.
Moreover, Fox 17 News Director Brooks Blanton said that Falzone, who joined the Tribune Company-owned TV station in March 2013, approaches stories with professionalism and passion. He said that Deanna will be a morning anchor at the news desk, airing from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays.
