Diana Gutierrez is a Mexican-American journalist who is currently working as a news anchor at WISN 12 News based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the United States since joining the station in January 2021. She joined the station as an anchor for the weekday morning shows that start at 4:30 am and 12 News at 11 am.
Gutierrez joined DePaul University in 2012 and graduated in 2016 earning a degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2014, she studied abroad, Autumn quarters at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, she holds a minor in Spanish and Literature.
She interned as a Social Media and News Intern at Rivet Radio from April 2015 to August 2015. Later on, she interned as a Programming Intern at WLS-TV from September 2015 to May 2016.
She later joined ABC 57-WBND as a reporter in August 2016. However, after working for a period of 1 year and 9 months, she left the station in April of 2018. At WBND she worked as a general assignment multimedia journalist. In April of the same year, she joined WCIU-TV as a news reporter but after 2 years and 9 months of service, she left the station in December of 2020. Currently, she works at WISN 12 News since joining the station in 2021.
