He is also the current evangelist and pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church located in different parts of the United States. Batchelor even gained more fame and public attention for authoring several best-selling books like The Richest Caveman and more. Additionally, he is the head pastor of the main branch of the Central Seventh-day Adventist Church called Granite Bay Church based in Sacramento, California.
Batchelor was born and raised in Los Angeles, California as the son of a Qualified Pilot who was considered an aviation tycoon and a Hollywood actress. Therefore, Doug grew up with all the luxuries money could. He attended good schools and had tutors by his side. Doug even drove different kinds of cars by the time he was nineteen. However, he never found any true peace and happiness through all the material things he received from his father. Therefore, by the time he was eighteen Doug dropped out of College and began a reckless abandon habit that got him into alot of trouble, especially with the law. As of 2023, Doug is now an established International Minister who runs his own Christian broadcasting ministry called Amazing Facts and he is the head pastor of the Granite Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church.
