Olowofoyeku was born and raised in Nigeria as the daughter of a famous Nigerian politician named Babatunji Olowofoyeku. She grew up as the youngest child in a family of 20 children. Her older brothers are very talented content creators and musicians.
Folake attended a boarding school in Nigeria known as the Igbinedion Education Centre but she transferred to Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls.
