Additionally, he worked at WTRK-TV in Norfolk, Virginia, where he worked as a political reporter and anchor for three years. Later, he tried something new and decided to try out sports reporting and it was a chance to take a break from the news for a year.
In 1990, during Operation Desert Shield, he interned at ABC News Nightline where he developed his new theory. During one of the century’s most important stories, there’s nothing like being on the front lines of major news organizations.
