Gina Gaston is an American television journalist working as the lead anchor for KTRK-TV, ABC13. Prior to joining ABC13, Gaston served at WTSP-TV in Tampa, Florida as an anchor/reporter. She has also been an anchor and reporter at WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and KLTV in Tyler, Texas.

Gaston joined KTRK-TV, ABC13 team as a co-anchor to the then expanded and the later top-rated 13 Eyewitness News at 6 am in the fall of 1992 with Tom Koch. Gaston continued work for ABC13 until 1999 then later left the station to relocate to New York and serve at MSNBC.
Gina returned to the network in June 2001 to again work as a reporter and co-anchor. However, this time, she worked at the Eyewitness News at 6 pm and Eyewitness News at 10 pm.
