Glen Walker is a renowned American journalist currently working as the co-anchor of the KTLA 5 News at 11, KTLA 5 News at 1, and KTLA 5 News at 3. He also reports on-air his “Money Smart” segment several times a week on the KTLA 5 News at 10 and 11.
Walker joined KTLA in May 2010 from KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV, where he co-anchored the weekend news at both stations. His broadcasting career started while attending Florida State University. Raiders Magazine” and “College Football Today.” In 1990, Walker barely escaped from a stumble by “Traveler” the Trojan horse at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
Staring September 1995, Glen worked at WNBC-TV as the weekend sports anchor. Afterward, he made a successful transition to news, serving as co-host of the No.1 rated “Saturday and Sunday Today in New York.” He was eventually promoted to the position of weekend news anchor at WNBC-TV. On September 11, 2001, Glen anchored WNBC-TV’s live-breaking news coverage for which the station won several awards. In September 2002, He returned to his homeland, Southern California.
Throughout his career, Glen has won numerous awards including several Los Angeles Emmys and a New York Emmy.
