Graciela Moreno is a renowned American journalist currently working as a news anchor, reporter, and host for ABC30 Action News, Disney in Fresno, California, the United States of America. Prior to joining the station, Graciela worked as a news anchor for KFTV CH21 UNIVISION in Fresno, California.

She attended and graduated in 1995 from California State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications.

Graciela landed her first television job while still attending college, as a producer for Univision’s Sacramento affiliate. Few months after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Stanislaus, Graciela returned home to Fresno, as lead anchor for KFTV, Channel 21.

In 1997, Moreno joined the ABC30 Action News team. Currently, she anchors the weekday editions of Action News at Six and Action News at 6:30, for which she has received three Emmy Awards. In addition, she hosts and produces Latino Life, a half-hour weekly program that focuses on the issues and people making an impact on the Latino community.
