Graham Elliot Bowles is a famous chef, well known for owning Avenue, a restaurant that has previously received the AAA Five Diamond Award. He joined his cooking career at the age of 17 when he attended culinary school at Johnson&Wales University.
Inspired by one of Charlie Trotter’s cookbooks, Graham set his sight on Chicago and the kitchen of the world-renowned chef Trotter, where he learned what it meant to work at the highest level of culinary professionalism.
In 2004 Elliot was named one of food & wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs” and at age 27, went on to become the youngest chef in the US to receive four stars from a major publication.
Elliot has been nominated for James Beard Award three times. He has also become the judge and host of Master Chef and Master Chef Junior from 2010 to 2016.
