Halle Bailey is an American singer-songwriter who rose to fame as one-half the famous RnB and pop duo called Chloe x Halle with her sister Chole Bailey. Chole x Halle have released albums like their debut Kids Are Alright (2018) and Ungodly Hour (2020) which earned them Grammy award nominations. Halle also gained more fame after she was declared the official actress who will play Ariel’s role in the Upcoming Little Mermaid live-action film in 2020. The Little Mermaid will be released in May 2023. Her other famous TV role is in Free Form’s sitcom called Grown-sih (2018 to 2022).
Bailey was born in the small suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She grew up as the second middle child in a family of four children. Therefore, she has two older sisters and one younger brother. The family moved to Los Angeles, California in 2012. Therefore, she grew up in Los Angeles, California. Halle and her older sister Chloe began writing and producing their own songs at the of eight and ten.
