Jeh Jeh Pruitt is an American sports anchor/reporter for WBRC FOX 6. He joined the station in April 1996 as an intern for WBRC FOX 6 while still in college. Pruitt then worked as a general assignment reporter at KWES-TV, Midland, Texas, USA. He has also worked in the Lone Star State for eight months before coming back to Birmingham and WBRC FOX 6 News.
His first assignment was as a news photographer and in six months Jeh Jeh was reporting. He honed his skills at the station’s Anniston Bureau. In January 1997, Jeh Jeh was brought back to the Magic City to work on Good Day Alabama. He was a football player (running back) at Jacksonville State University. In 1992, he was on Division II National Team. Sports has been a part of his life and nowadays, he works on FOX6 Sideline Sports Team.
Pruitt also emcees events for non-profit organizations and companies. He also gives back to the community by working with children and being a mentor in schools. Jeh Jeh also takes part with the Alabama Organ Center, inspiring awareness of organ donations.
He and his wife are the co-founders of The Dannon Project, non-profit status in October 2003.
