Jenna Bush Hager is a famous American Television personality, Journalist, Author, and teacher. However, she is also famous for being the daughter of the 43rd U.S President George W. Bush and his First Lady Laura Bush. Currently, Jenna co-hosts Today with Hoda & Jenna, a fourth-hour NBC morning news program. In addition, she is a news editor at Southern Living Magazine.
Jenna was born at Baylor University Medical Centre, Dallas, Texa, United States. She was named Jenna Welch Bush, a name given after her maternal grandmother, Jenna Hawkins Welch. In Dallas, she and her twin sister attended Preston Hollow Elementary School later joining The Hockaday School.
After her father was elected the Governor of Texas in 1994, her family relocated to Austin, Texas. While there, she joined St. Andrew’s Episcopal School and Austin High School from 1996 until she graduated in 2000.
After her father became the U.S president in 2001, Jenna joined the University of Texas at Austin as she still took summer classes at New York University. However, while still there, the two twins, Jenna and Barbara made headlines after they were arrested for alcohol-related charges twice in 5 weeks; On April 39, 2001. they were arrested in possession of alcohol under the age of 21 while in another scenario Jenna was arrested attempting to use a fake ID to buy alcohol.
