Jonathan Taylor is an American football running back who is currently playing for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). Prior to this, he played college football at Wisconsin, finishing his college career as the No. 6 all-time rusher in the NCAA.
In reference to his educational life, he attended Salem High School where he studied and graduated. While there, he set the New Jersey as a senior, which had been held by former Wisconsin Badgers running back Corey Clement.

He won his 5th Big Ten Freshman of the Week award and set a school-record fifth honor in a single season after he rushed for 183 yards on 29 carries with a touchdown in Wisconsin’s 45-17 win over Indiana.
After the final game of the season against Wisconsin’s rival, Minnesota, Jonathan won his 8th Big Ten Freshman of the Week award. Due to this, he set a new Big Ten record as he broke Ohio State quarterback J. T. Barrett’s record of 7 Big Ten Freshman of the Week awards.
Later on, he began the 2018 season as a consensus preseason All-American. He was also featured on several watch-list forwards such as the Doak Walker, among others. Most notably, he was picked in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was selected with the 41st pick by the Indianapolis Colts.
