Judy Ann Santos is a Filipino actress, host, product endorser, and film producer. She is known for her comedic and dramatic roles in independent films and blockbusters, as well as for her portrayals of oppressed and impoverished women. Moreover, Lumagui has received various accolades, including a Cairo International Film Festival Award, a Gawad Urian, two Luna Awards, two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards, and three FAMAS Awards.
Lumagui was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She completed her elementary and high school education in Quezon City.
