Kaitlin Wright is a renowned American meteorologist who currently works as the weekday evening Meteorologist for WCCB NEWS @ TEN in Charlotte, North Carolina. She joined the station in July of 2016.
Previously, Wright worked for three years as a morning meteorologist in Pensacola, Florida. Prior to relocating to the northern Gulf Coast, Kaitlin worked in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Albany, New York. From hurricanes and tornadoes to extreme heat and snow, she is skilled and experienced in a wide range of weather situations.
Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. She also went to elementary school in the Charlotte region. Wright is delighted to be back at home with her husband Ryan and their two dogs, Ayla and Netty.
