Karaline Cohen is an American meteorologist who is currently working as a weekend meteorologist and weekday reporter at ABC6 WSYX-TV and FOX 28. She joined ABC6 in October 2019 after working at NBC 24 WNWO in Toledo, Ohio Area. At WNWO, she worked as a forecaster and multimedia journalist from January 2018 to her departure in October 2019.
From a young age, Cohen has always been with journalism. At the age of 10, she told her parents that she wanted to be the person on the news, and ever since that idea stuck in her brain. Following her passion, Cohen went on to later graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
She then moved to Mississippi State University where she graduated with a Meteorology degree. After graduating, she began her career at KKCO and KJCT in Colorado. Recently she worked at NBC 24 WNWO as a forecaster and multimedia journalist. She served here for a time span of 1 year and 8 months before leaving in October 2019.
