Kat Timpf Biography
Kat Timpf is an American journalist, libertarian columnist, and comedian who has been a cast member on FOX News Channel’s Gutfeld! since 2015 and frequently appears on other Fox News Shows. In 2017, Timpf co-hosted Fox News Specialists alongside Eric Bolling and Eboni Williams.
Currently, she hosts the Fox Nation show since June 2019. Born in Detroit, Michigan she graduated magna cum laude in 2010 from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, including The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, among others.
In addition, she has worked for the Leadership Institue’s CampusReform. org. Furthermore, she has worked as a digital editor for The Washington Times, as the news anchor for NASA’s Third Rock Radio. In November 2015, she said that she received death threats after making satirical remarks about Star Wars fandom.
Most notably, she became a co-host for Fox News Channel’s afternoon show called Fox News Specialists on May 1, 2017. However, the show was canceled on September 8, 2017. Her December 27, 2018 column was publicly reacted to by National Review has stated that the column “left out relevant details”.
Currently, she co-hosts the weekly Fox News Radio podcast Tyrus and Timpf. As of 2019, Timpf is the host of her own show on Fox Nation titled Sincerely, Kat on which she answers questions submitted by fans. She was a keynote speaker at the Young Americans for Liberty’s 2019 YALCIN in Silicon Valley.
