Katie Vossler is an American meteorologist who is currently working as a morning meteorologist at KLTV since March of 2017. She can be seen in the morning and midday newscasts.
Vossler attended Tyler Junior College in 1998 and graduated in 2000. Later on, she attended the University of Oklahoma in 2000 and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. Vossler is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist and has over 17 years of experience.
After graduating, she began her career as a weekend meteorologist at KTRE-TV in August 2002. However, she left the station in August 2004. In late August of the same year, she joined KOTV-TV as a staff meteorologist and worked there for a period of 5 years and 5 months. She however left the station in December 2009. Vossler has also worked as a 9 pm meteorologist at KQCW-TV where she worked for a period of 3 years and 4 months but left the station in December 2009.
She has also worked as a morning meteorologist at KETK NBC & FOX51 News. She joined the station in December 2009 and left in January 2014. In late January of the same year, she joined KSAT as a meteorologist and worked for 3 years and 3 months. Currently, she works as a morning meteorologist at KLTV since March 2017.
