Kimberly Cheng is a renowned Cambodian-Chinese-American Journalist currently working as a general assignment reporter for KTLA 5 News since May 2013. Before joining KTLA, Cheng was a fill-in anchor/reporter and multimedia journalist at the ABC affiliate in Phoenix. As well, she operated in Palm Springs, California, on the CBS affiliate. She wore a variety of hats: anchor, reporter, editor, and host of the red carpet.
Cheng joined the University of Southern California, where she received a double degree in political science and broadcast journalism. Her professional career history is beyond the press. She worked for a popular developer of residential and commercial real estate after graduating from USC. Also, she worked for one of the world’s largest automakers in commercial video production.
