Linda Ronstadt is an American pop and country singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress. She has performed and recorded in various genres like rock, light opera, and Latin.

Ronstadt began her career in the 1960s with the Stone Poneys, a folk-rock group. The group later broke up and Linda joined the country song field. Moreover, Linda is the first female singer to release an alt-country album. Moreover, she prepared the band that became America’s biggest promoting band, the Eagles in 1971.
