Lisa Abramowicz is an American journalist who is currently working as a co-host of Bloomberg Surveillance from 6 to 9 am as well as a reporter. Prior to this, she co-hosted “Bloomberg Markets” from 10 am to noon EST on Bloomberg Radio. She was also a member of Bloomberg Television’s on-air market desk.
Furthermore, she served as a columnist and reporter at Bloomberg focusing on fixed-income markets. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Chicago in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts. In June 2004 she joined Staten Island Advance as a health reporter. She was the health reporter for the daily newspaper’s news desk. Lisa also wrote breaking news and features about issues including hospital finances, epidemiology, and public programs.
After years of service at Staten Island Advance, Lisa left the station in August 2007 for a position as a writer at Glimmer Train. She worked her for less than a year before joining Harrison Scott Publications as a senior writer. Currently, she is a radio host, Tv contributor, reporter, and ad co-host at Bloomberg. She co-hosts Bloomberg Surveillance on tv and radio since Ma 2020.
