Momber is a proud graduate of Curtin University, where she graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Communication. In 2002, she joined the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism in 2004.
While still studying in January 2001, Momber was a marketing and membership coordinator for the West Coast Eagles. She worked here for a period of 2 years and 10 months before leaving in October of 2003.
In October 2004, she joined Seven Network in Perth, Western Australia, Australia where she worked as a presenter-reporter. However, she left the station in January 2008. In late January of the same year, she joined Nine News where she worked as a presenter, producer, and reporter.
