Madilyn Bailey Wold is an American songwriter, singer, and YouTuber. She is known for making cover songs of famous artists and posting them on YouTube. Bailey has been on French TV shows to promote her cover songs, as well as on the American TV program Today in 2018 to promote her original hit “Tetris.” She has around 8.67 million YouTube subscribers as of September 2021.

Madilyn began her career after graduating, by covering common songs on YouTube which has gathered over 100 million views. In 2012, she joined Keep Your Soul Records to assist with the production of her material and moved to Los Angeles in 2013.

Wold toured the United States and Canada with Boyce Avenue in the second half of 2013. Bailey later described it by saying “It was an amazing experience being on the road for the first time.”

In 2015, her version of the song “Titanium” by David Guetta and Sia, gained airplay on Virgin Radio in France.  She also did a cover of Imagine Dragons’ song “Radioactive”. In October 2015, she released an album of covers in France, entitled Muse Box, supported by the single “Rude” feat. Flula.

Her fourth single, a cover of American singer-actress Cher’s song, ‘Believe’, came out in 2016. On July 12, 2016, she released her first EP titled ‘Wiser EP’ that for a change comprises mostly original work than covers.

Her five tracks are ‘Wiser’, ‘Hate You More’, ‘Scars’, ‘Survive’, and ‘Death of Me’.Her cover songs as also originals can be found on many websites like ‘Spotify’ and ‘Napster’. Madilyn has appeared on French TV shows to promote her cover songs and also promoted her original single “Tetris” on the American TV show Today in 2018. As of 2020, the star has about seven million subscribers on YouTube.

Wold worked as a certified nursing assistant but shifted her career to music. Madilyn learned to play acoustic guitar, piano, and drums.
