Mike Allen is an American political journalist and the co-founder and executive editor of Axios. He was also the former chief political reporter for Politico. He is also the author of the daily Axios AM and Axios OM newsletters. Before joining Politico for its launch in 2007, he worked at numerous publications like The New York Times and Times.
