Mike McCall Biography
Mike McCall is an award-winning American broadcast meteorologist currently serving as the chief meteorologist for WCTV News based in Tallahassee, Florida. Nevertheless, he is also a certified AMS sealed meteorologist who always reports the weather from around 05:30 pm to 6 pm daily. Mc Call has covered various weather updates like severe floods, blizzards, thunder and hurricanes across Florida and the United States.
Additionally, he is responsible for preparing short term and long term forecasts for a thirty county viewing area, and delivering that forecast weekdays at 4pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 10pm on WTLH, Fox49 and 11pm. Mike also prepares weather forecasts daily, for morning drive time for five Cumulus radio stations. Moreover, he also does public speaking at local schools, clubs and community events.

Eventually, McCall was promoted to morning weather anchor and later received his current position two years later. Mike also enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, and tennis during his free time. Before joining WCTV-TV in August 1993, he was previously a weather graphics supervisor at WTVT in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area since August 1988.
